Products and Orders 2.1. We make every effort to display the most accurate information about our products, including prices, descriptions, and availability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information. 2.2. By placing an order through our Website, you are offering to purchase products under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. 2.3. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to the total price during checkout. 2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of this Agreement. 2.5. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. 2.6 Should there be an issue with your product please contact us. We will do everything we can to remedy the situation. 2.7 Personalized items can not be returned. Shipping can not be refunded. We aim to make shopping in our store a very positive experience. If there is an issue or you need help with a refund or product, please contact us. Many times the products we use are natural. While designs are the same, natural products do not look, engrave or process the same way piece to piece or lot to lot. There will be product variations because of this. We do our best, but products may vary from the pictures posted. Small product variation is not an acceptable reason for return. Again, if there is an issue, please contact us.
