We do our best to keep shipping rates as fair and transparent as possible.
Many of our products are made to order and shipped directly by our production partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the location where the product is produced. In most cases, the shipping cost is added automatically at checkout as soon as the delivery country is selected.
Because we work with both production partners and locally made items, shipping rates can vary by product.
How shipping works

Some products are produced locally by MT Robinson’s in Switzerland.
Shipping rates vary depending on the product, production location, and delivery country.
Where possible, tracking information is included.
Delivery carriers
Unless otherwise arranged, orders are typically delivered through the local postal service or the shipping provider used by the production partner.
Shipping costs
The table below gives a general overview of our current shipping rates. These rates are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the specific product ordered. The final shipping cost shown at checkout is the most accurate price for that order.
Production and dispatch times
Most made-to-order products are produced within a few working days and shipped as soon as they are ready. Because our production network is international, some orders may be produced closer to the delivery destination, which can help reduce shipping time and cost.
Products made locally by MT Robinson’s in Switzerland may have different shipping costs and delivery times.
Customs and import duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply when an order is delivered.
Delays
We always try to keep shipping times reasonable, but delays can happen, especially during holiday periods or times of high postal demand. Where needed, we try to post updates or notices on the website.
