Returns

Our return policy is meant to help make sure our customers are happy. We will do our best to make sure that any issue with the product is taken care of to everyones satisfaction. Here is the policy -

  1. Personalized goods can not be returned. This includes all of our good that are made using print on demand. If there was an issue with the engraving or personalization that was our fault or it arrived broken, we will dispatch a new product. Issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Please send a picture to mtrobinsons@bluewin.ch and we will arrange for a new product to be sent.

  2. If the product came from one of our on demand manufacturing sites and there was an issue with the product that was the fault of the manufacturer (poor printing, damaged goods, wrong size printed by manufacturer), we will dispatch a new product. Issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.

  3. We consider the choice of size to be personalization. If the product came from one of our on demand manufacturing sites and there was an issue with a product because the customer chose the wrong size please email us at mtrobinsons@bluewin.ch and we will see if we can help. We typically do not offer refunds or exchanges when this happens as we have provided accurate sizing information on the product pages. Issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Please double check your order at checkout.

  4. If the product does not arrive and is returned because the customer gave the wrong address, we will do our best to help re-direct the shipment back to the customer at their expense. If tracking information states an order was delivered but our customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. Email us at mtrobinsons@bluewin.ch and we will see if we can help. Issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of supposed receipt. Please double check your order address at checkout.

  5. We can not make returns for buyers remorse. Please double check your order at checkout.

  6. Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

    1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

    therefore we reserve right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
